Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    canned round red peppers (cherry peppers, optional)
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Drain and squeeze as much liquid as possible from the spinach.
    Add mayonnaise and chopped onion.
    Mix well and press into a salad ring or small bowl.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Place ring or salad bowl upside-down on a plate and shake gently to unmold.
    Place peppers around outside.
    Enjoy! Also good as a dip.
