Curry Chicken On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 stick butter or less
    2 Knorr chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    6 to 8 Granny Smith apples, chopped
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    chutney/peanuts (as condiment)
Preparation
    Saute chicken in butter.
    Add 2 cups chicken bouillon.
    Add apples and onions.
    Add curry powder.
    Simmer about 1 hour or until good consistency to serve over rice.
    Serve over white rice. Salted peanuts or chutney are nice, served on the side.
