Ingredients

4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
6 oz. oil
6 oz. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
enough flour to make batter soft and pliable but not sticky
Preparation

Roll out dough to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut out with cookie cutter the size of liquor glass.
Do not grease pan heavily.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely brown.
