Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
3 c. chow mein noodles
1 small carton sour cream
Preparation

Combine ground beef, onion, garlic salt and pepper in a 3-quart Dutch oven.
Cook until beef loses redness. Add flour and stir well.
Add undrained mushrooms and soup.
Stir well and bring to a bubbling heat.
Add sour cream and chow mein noodles.
Stir well and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
