Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato per person
    shortening
    margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Wash potatoes.
    Scrub well.
    Dry on paper towel.
    Prick potato skins with fork.
    Rub each potato well with about 1 teaspoon of shortening.
    Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Unwrap.
    Split potato, not all the way through.
    Fill split with margarine.
