Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. soft tortillas
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat and chopped onion in skillet and season with salt and pepper.
    Add soup, enchilada sauce and milk.
    Line oblong pan with 1/2 tortilla shells and top with meat mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with sour cream to serve.
