Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn bread
    2 c. loaf bread or biscuit crumbs
    2 eggs (may use 3 if desired)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    celery salt
    poultry seasoning
    salt
    black pepper
    parsley flakes
    sage
    chicken or turkey broth
    1/2 c. chopped giblets
Preparation
    Combine breads and enough broth to make mixture consistency of uncooked corn batter.
    Skim fat from broth adding to bread.
    Add celery, onion, butter and eggs.
    Bake in medium oven until done or brown.
    If you are going to make gravy, save a big cooking spoon of the dressing, uncooked, and stir it in with your gravy.
