Turkey Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Heat margarine in a large frying pan.
    Saute green pepper and celery for 2 minutes.
    Add chicken broth.
    Blend cornstarch with cold water and soy sauce.
    Gradually stir into broth.
    Add onion soup mix.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Add turkey, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.
    Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
