Alice'S Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breast halves
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Poach chicken; skin and debone.
Cut into long slices.\tLine a baking dish with cooked broccoli.
Stir soups, mayonnaise and curry powder together.
Pour half over broccoli.\tPut chicken slices on top and cover with balance of soup mixture.
Cover with cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
