Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. apple jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. canned pineapple juice
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add canned pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix crushed pineapple. Add cottage cheese and salt. Fold in jello. Chill until firm.
