Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    36 saltine crackers, crumbled with hands
    1 lb. large shrimp
Preparation
    Clean shrimp and split down the back to butterfly.
    Add garlic salt
    to flour.
    Beat eggs and add to milk.
    Dip shrimp in seasoned
    flour, then the egg and milk, then in the saltine cracker crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
