Pignolatti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients
    and knead for a few minutes to get a stiff dough.
    Cut
    dough
    in
    small pieces, roll into pencil size tube or rope and
    cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces. Deep fry in hot oil, about
    350\u00b0, for about 4 1/2 to 5 minutes until medium brown.
    Check
    for
    hardness.
    If
    overfried,
    it will be tough.
