Beef Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. flour
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil zucchini in salted water until tender.
Drain zucchini. In large skillet, brown onion and ground beef.
Pour off fat. Stir in bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Mixture will be dry.
