Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
1 small can pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients together.
Mix other ingredients and add
dry ingredients.
Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or 1
hour for 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake in a large bowl with a spoon.
Do not use a mixer.
