Dave'S "No Guilt" Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinless chicken breasts, cooked
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 c. lentils, cooked
    1 c. corn, cooked
    1 c. green beans, cooked
    6 oz. canned mushrooms
    1 c. macaroni
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. basil
    1 bay leaf
    1 dash of thyme
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 c. water, as desired
Preparation
    In
    a
    large pot, heat canned tomatoes.
    Add spices and chopped
    onions.
    Simmer
    10
    minutes.
    Add cooked vegetables, mushrooms
    and
    cooked
    chicken
    that
    has been cut into small pieces.
    Add
    enough
    water
    to reach the desired consistency; less
    for a thick soup, more for a thinner soup.
    Add macaroni and simmer
    until
    the
    macaroni is tender.
    Adjust spices to suit your taste.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    A cup of soup is less than 100 calories and only 10% fat.
