Aunt Mae'S Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg white
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg white until very stiff.
Add sugar and flour and beat.
Stir in pecans.
Drop on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 275\u00b0.
