Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini (with peel)
    3 c. flour (unsifted)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar, then add oil.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add zucchini.
    Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla.
    Grease 2 loaf pans and flour lightly.
    Bake on lowest rack.
    Set oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Let stand in pan for 10 minutes.
    Turn onto rack to cool.
