Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 3/4 c. flour

Preparation

Beat sugar and butter until creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Add bananas, pecans and milk.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture.
Bake in loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
