Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
    1 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. fresh chopped cranberries
    1 apple, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    juice of 1 orange
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pour hot water over gelatin in a medium bowl.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Chill overnight or until set.
    Yields 12 to 16 servings.
