Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes, cooked and drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice cooked potatoes thinly.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in soup and sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes and add cheese.
    Mix well and turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
