Dee'S Frozen Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (cherry or lime)
1 qt. cold water
1 qt. hot water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and sugar.
Add 1 quart boiling water and mix well. Add cold water and lemon and pineapple juices.
Pour into gallon plastic container and freeze.
When ready to serve, allow to sit at room temperature 3 to 6 hours, depending on temperature.
Let thaw partially until mushy.
Add 2 quarts ginger ale.
Serves 40 punch cups.
