Sesame-Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    2 tsp. grated ginger
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    4 (4 oz.) skinned boned chicken breast halves
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
    Stir well and set aside.
    Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Coat grill rack with vegetable spray.
    Place chicken on rack over medium hot coals and cook 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy mixture. Transfer chicken to warm serving platter; garnish with thin green onion strips, if desired.
