Light Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 white onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 medium tomato, seeded
    1/2 small green pepper
    3/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 oz. imitation crab meat, flaked
    cocktail bread or vegetable slices
Preparation
    Finely chop onion; press garlic and mix onion, garlic, cheese and milk until well blended.
    Spread in shallow serving dish. Coarsely chop tomato, green pepper and parsley.
    Mix together tomato, green pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley, lemon juice and salt. Spoon on top of cheese mixture.
    Top with crab meat.
    Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
    Chill.
    Serve with bread or veggies.
