Jack'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium apples
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. cream
Preparation
    Butter pie pan.
    Make crust thin as you can work with and press into pan.
    Coat inside of crust with cream.
    Stir apples (peeled, cored and sliced thin) with sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Cross top of apples with 1/2-inch wide strips of dough, every 1-inch.
    Cross strips from opposite directions.
    Brush top of pie with butter lightly and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Place in oven at approximately 375\u00b0 until crust is brown.
