Raspberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. raspberry gelatin
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1/4 c. currant jelly or cherry
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
    9 oz. whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Beat in currant jelly and stir to thaw and break apart frozen raspberries.
    This will start the gelatin to congeal.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch salad pan.
    Chill. Top with whipped topping.
    Serves 4 to 6.
