Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pineapple, crushed
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix until moist by hand.
Put in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until 3/4 done (maybe 25 minutes).
Brown on top.
Pour topping over cake. Finish baking (maybe 15 minutes).
Sprinkle with coconut.
