Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Drain and mash potatoes.
    Pour the first 5 ingredients in baking dish and top with remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Even better if you put sliced, drained pineapple in baking dish before putting in potato mixture.
