Meltaways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/4 c. (2 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
    2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese and 1 cup butter in large mixer bowl; mix thoroughly.
    Add flour gradually, beating until dough forms a ball.
    Divide in thirds; wrap in waxed paper and chill.
    Roll each piece into a 9-inch circle.
