Diabetic Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 c. oil
1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
2 c. water
1/2 c. powdered milk (dry)
3 or more c. corn meal
Preparation

Beat eggs; add oil, baking powder, powdered milk and flour. Alternate water and meal.
Spray a 7 x 11-inch Pyrex pan with Pam. Heat.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pour corn bread in hot pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
