Salmon Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. pimento cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. flaked salmon
    1/4 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    For cheese sauce, combine milk, cheese, salt and pepper in a double boiler.
    Heat only until well blended and smooth.
    Put a layer of cooked rice in a well-greased baking dish.
    On top of this, arrange layers of salmon, olives and the cheese sauce. Repeat, ending with cheese sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
