Mexican Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, plus 1 tsp.
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg. beef broth seasoning
    15 oz. ground round
    4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. bread crumbs, plain
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. yogurt or sour cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley, fresh, chopped
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In skillet, brown onion, peppers, garlic and seasoning packet in oil.
    Combine these ingredients with remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Shape mixture in a loaf and bake until browned, 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
