Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    8 chicken breasts, halved
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Spread rice in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Blend together salt, soups, milk, celery and pimentos.
    Pour mixture over rice. Season chicken to taste and put on top of rice.
    Cover with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil to brown.
