Cobb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1 head Boston or bibb lettuce
1 small bunch chicory
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and seeded
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked or baked
6 strips bacon, crisp
1 avocado
3 eggs, hard-boiled
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1/2 c. Bleu cheese, crumbled
1 c. French dressing
Preparation
-
Chop all greens; dice tomatoes, also finely dice chicken, avocado and eggs.
Add rest of ingredients and toss with the dressing.
Serves 4 to 6.
