Caramel Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. caramel ice cream topping (Smucker's)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter 9-inch round cake pan.
    Pur topping into pan.
    In large bowl, beat cream cheese smooth.
    Add in sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Carefully pour cheese mixture over caramel topping.
    Set pan into a larger pan.
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 inch boiling water to large pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Then separate from pan with a knife onto serving plate.
    Cover and chill.
