Quick Grilled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. fresh scallops
    1 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    1 shallot, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    salt and pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Heat butter in large frying pan.
    Add scallops and season with pepper.
    Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat, turning once.
    Add mushrooms and shallot to pan; continue cooking covered for 1 minute.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Serve immediately.
