Sherry'D Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 c. long grain white rice
    1 c. cooking sherry (20 percent)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Add the bouillon, rice and sherry.
    Mix well.
    Pour contents into a casserole. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Very easy, but elegant and gourmet.
