Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. chicken broth
    4 oz. can diced green chili peppers, drained
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    sliced black olives (optional)
    chopped tomato (fresh, optional)
    chopped green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wrap tortillas in foil; heat in oven for 10 minutes, until softened.
