Celery-Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) cherry gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1 diced celery (1 c.)
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
1 c. chopped, peeled apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
Add candies to boiling water and stir to dissolve.
Add enough water to make 3/4 cup liquid.
Add to dissolved gelatin.
Cool until partly set, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill until set. Unmold on lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
