Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    cut
    eggplant
    into
    1-inch
    cubes;
    cook in boiling, salted water 8 minutes; drain. Add egg, milk, butter, onion and
    dry bread crumbs.
    Put into greased, 1 quart baking dish.
    Top
    with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
