Peanut Butter And Jelly Loaf(Two 8 X 4-Inch Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. jam
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, oil and sugars.
    Beat in peanut butter and milk.
    Combine and add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread batter in prepared 8 x 4-inch pans (2).
    Drop jam by tablespoons on top.
    Swirl jam into batter lightly using a knife. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until loaves test done.
