Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    salt to taste
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put fresh grease in kettle. When grease is hot, fill funnel with flour mixture.
    Allow mixture to drizzle into hot greased until desired size.
    (Place finger on funnel tip to prevent more mixture from dripping out.)
    Fry until golden brown.
    Lift out and drain.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
