Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt butter over low heat; remove from heat and mix in brown sugar. Cool.
    Stir in egg.
    Mix together dry ingredients and stir into brown sugar mixture.
    Blend in vanilla, nuts and chips.
