Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. canned milk
salt and pepper
6 large potatoes
3 large onions
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Press ground beef into bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with canned milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Slice potatoes on meat.
Slice onions.
Cube cheese onto the potatoes and onions.
Layer again if you like.
Cover with mushroom soup.
Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 servings.
