Tom'S "Famous" Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream the Crisco, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Drop by large spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
