Lemon Bisque Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. honey
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    rind of 1 lemon
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Chill can of milk in refrigerator.
    Dissolve gelatin in water and add honey, salt, lemon juice and rind.
    When slightly thick, beat milk until it is stiff and whip gelatin mixture over it.
    Put on vanilla wafer crumbs, top with more crumbs and chill for 3 hours.
    Also like it frozen and slightly thawed.
