Cooked Pimento Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 red sweet peppers
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt (scant)
Preparation

Remove seeds and grind peppers; drain well.
Mix remaining ingredients; add peppers.
Cook over medium heat until thick. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
Use with mayonnaise and Velveeta or finely grated mild Cheddar cheese for the best pimento cheese sandwiches ever.
