Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 can coconut
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients, then add 3 eggs and one teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
    Start in cold oven and cook 10 minutes at 350\u00b0, then turn oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and cook until done.
