Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chocolate bits (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together with spoon.
    Bake in ungreased tube pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Easy, but oh so good.
