Coconut Pies(Yields 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can coconut
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar with eggs.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix milk and flavoring with other ingredients.
    Add coconut and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    When thick, pour into prepared crusts.
    Top with meringue.
    Sprinkle with coconut. Brown slightly.
