Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tuna, drained
    8 oz. noodles
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    generous dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain. Melt butter; add minced onion, green pepper and celery.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; stir to blend well.
    Add milk and stir over low heat.
    Add sauce, tuna and 1/2 cheese to noodles.
    Stir gently.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish and sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
